His journey into real estate wasn’t a straight path—but it was a purposeful one. After years in leadership roles at Lowe’s and banking experience at Navy Federal and Bank of America, Joey’s life changed when he read Rich Dad Poor Dad in 2016. Inspired by the dream of owning investment properties and building financial freedom, he dove headfirst into real estate. When he and his wife, Brittany, welcomed their first daughter in 2020, the decision to shift careers became even more meaningful.
